This is our signature program designed to strengthen your core from the inside out – the right way – so that you learn how to practice and enjoy classical Pilates the way it was meant to.
This program is co-taught by a specialist physical therapist and Pilates expert and will always be focused on a particular theme or problem. You will learn essential anatomy, injury prevention tips, and safe, healthy movement patterns to ensure you are strengthening your core CORRECTLY. This 8-week program is designed to prepare you for our small group classes if you haven’t exercised in a while or are coming off an injury – so that you can feel confident returning to your previous gym classes or favorite activities that maybe you had to stop due to pain or injury.
